We specialize in providing tailored office furniture solutions ranging from individual pieces to complete office setups. Our focus is on creating the ideal work environment while delivering exceptional value to clients, regardless of project size. Through one-on-one dedicated customer service, we ensure that each solution is uniquely suited to meet our clients' needs. Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager Order Entry to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Itasca, IL. The Project Manager will oversee the order entry process, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage project timelines, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of office furniture projects. This role involves expediting orders, managing logistics, performing inspections, and ensuring projects are delivered to specification while maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders Strong Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and oversee furniture projects Experience with Inspection procedures to oversee quality control of delivered products Ability to manage multiple tasks with time management and prioritization skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as project management and order entry systems Previous experience in the office furniture or contract furniture industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
