From initial design and engineering through fabrication, sandblasting, and painting and coatings. We deliver precision-crafted metal solutions for government/municipality, commercial, architectural/construction, industrial/OEM, aviation/transportation, healthcare, education, manufacturing/food processing, and plant operations. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle, from kickoff and scheduling through delivery, ensuring that every project meets Duroweld Metalworks high standards for quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate internally across design, fabrication, and finishing teams. Duties Manage multiple, simultaneous projects Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure scope clarity and feasibility Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Monitor project budgets, track costs, and flag variances early Serve as the primary client liaison, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues proactively Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed for materials and logistics Conduct site visits as needed Maintain thorough project documentation specific to Company procedures Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency Requirements 3+ years of project management experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or a related field Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes is a plus Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with shop floor teams, engineers, and external clients Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred Company Offerings Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including employer sponsored healthcare plan with 50% employer contribution Employer match 401k Paid time off 15 days and holidays A collaborative, tight-knit team environment with opportunities for growth
