Job Description

We are rapidly expanding commercial woodworking shop, dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in every project. Seeking a experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall management to millwork projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and related construction management experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate with purchasing and installation on priorities to effectively bring project within budget and on schedule. Expedite, review, and provide quality control on shop drawings and submittals Verify job readiness and coordinate installation of materials to allow installation to progress in an orderly and timely fashion. Coordinate with in-house shipping department regarding long-haul deliveries. Maximize capability for grouped job shipments to reduce hauling costs. Monitor the progress of the assigned projects; correspondence, job cost reports, progress billings, and field reports. Keep Operations Manager informed of unresolved problems. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for completing each project on time, within budget, and satisfying the customer.
