This leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards while mentoring internal teams and strengthening client relationships. The Role The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including financial performance, scheduling, client management, subcontractor coordination, and team leadership. This position partners closely with Superintendents and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Success in this role means maintaining strong project performance while serving as a leader for project teams and a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Develop and oversee project schedules, estimates, and proposals Manage overall project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and financial performance Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with Superintendents, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversee RFIs, submittals, change events, and progress meetings Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and quality assurance standards Mentor junior project staff and support team development Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience Proven experience managing multiple projects and financial performance Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and field coordination Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced commercial construction environment Salary Competitive compensation based on experience, plus bonus potential.
