Job Description

IS AN ON-SITE POSITION IN THE
Normal, ILOFFICE. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
) The Associate Project Manager (Construction) provides assistance and support to the assigned manager by acting as a project liaison and assisting with the planning, execution and evaluation of projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Acts as point of contact for existing and new customers in the designated market Responsible for assisting with all aspects of the projects including maintaining and increasing revenue objectives Assist with managing project/work order development from initiation to closure Be accountable for project results Work with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to manage project/work orders, scopes, goals, required resources, budget and timing Complete work cost estimates and structure, work with coordinators on billing, invoicing and WIP Provide customers with schedules and timelines Clearly communicate expectations to team members Resolve any issues and problems throughout project Effectively manage project scope by ensuring completion of change orders to document and approve changes Recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources and sub-contractors Track, report and provide status to customers Responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to all team members Responsible for developing tools, procedures, and best practices for all team members Responsible for evaluating and assessing results of projects and work orders This is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and a matching 401K plan.Requirements Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.Experience:
2-4 years of project management in a telecommunications setting or related experience.Required Skills :
