Job Description
Structural Restoration Project Manager Sitar Construction, LLC Job Summary The Restoration Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing restoration projects from inception to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of construction processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards. Duties Manage and lead self-performed, complex repair and restoration projects, ensuring adherence to safety, timelines, and budgets. Developing and managing project schedules in collaboration with field leadership Coordinate with various stakeholders not limited to field crews, clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and resource allocation effectively. Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, cost analysis, etc Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site. Working closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones achieved. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study preferred but not necessary 5+ years of relevant experience within the Industrial construction and / or restoration industry Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects up to $5 Million in contract value Previous experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, strengthening and/or industrial maintenance projects Strong knowledge of computer based programs including Microsoft Office as well as project management and forecasting tools Strong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:
