POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager Policy & Resource Documents provides dedicated project and operational management for OSF's enterprise clinical resource document program, including clinical policies, procedures, nurse standing orders, and Elsevier digital procedure content. The role centralizes administrative, routing, build/maintenance, and intake activities; coordinates stakeholders and timelines; drives process automation; and ensures timely, standardized, and compliant document lifecycle execution across the system to improve throughput and consistency. The Project Manager partners closely with the Policy & Clinical Resource Document team for governance and content operations, and with the Coordinator Resource Documents & Site Administrator for technical platform administration (PolicyStat/SharePoint).
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience with project/program management or process operations in a complex enterprise.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong project management fundamentals. Ability to influence without authority across clinical and non clinical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Experience with project/program management or process operations in healthcare. Healthcare experience in policy, accreditation, regulatory readiness, or clinical documentation governance. Process mapping and continuous process improvement experience. Experience with SharePoint/PolicyStat or similar content platforms. OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
