  • Full-time Project Manager Trident Manufacturer Pingree Grove, Illinois Trident Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized, driven, and detail oriented Project Manager to help lead the successful launch of medical device programs from concept through full production.
This role sits at the center of everything. You will work directly with customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing to ensure projects move quickly, timelines are maintained, problems are solved, and devices successfully launch into production. This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, communicates aggressively, and genuinely cares about outcomes. About Trident Manufacturing Trident Manufacturing is a rapidly growing medical device contract manufacturer specializing in Class I and Class II medical devices. What You'll Do Manage medical device programs from kickoff through production launch Coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineers, quality, operations, and production teams Drive timelines and hold teams accountable to key milestones Manage tooling, component, and supplier development timelines Communicate project status, risks, delays, and action plans clearly to customers and internal teams Support production line trials, process validations, and launch activities Help ensure devices are approved and released into production successfully and on time Organize and maintain detailed project documentation and schedules Identify problems early and aggressively drive solutions What Makes Someone Successful Here Highly organized and process driven Strong communicator with excellent follow through Sense of urgency and ownership Team oriented and collaborative Calm under pressure and solution focused Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Cares about the business like it is their own Positive attitude with a "figure it out" mentality Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Preferred Background Project management experience Manufacturing experience Experience working directly with customers Medical device experience is a plus Supplier quality or supplier management experience is a plus Quality systems or validation experience is helpful Experience coordinating cross functional teams strongly preferred Why Join Trident This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company where your work directly impacts customer success and company growth.
