Job DescriptionThe Lead ERP Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide ERP initiatives, driving end-to-end transformation across core business functions. This role is responsible for managing large-scale ERP implementations and enhancements ensuring seamless integration across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and order management processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ERP systems, proven success leading complex ERP deployments, and the ability to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Program Strategy & GovernanceDefine ERP program scope, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goalsEstablish governance structures, KPIs, and stage-gate controls specific to ERP implementationsLead ERP vendor selection, system integrator engagement, and contract negotiation processesEnsure alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party partners ("3-in-the-box" model)ERP Implementation & DeliveryLead full lifecycle ERP implementations (plan, design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize)Manage large-scale ERP projects, including new system implementations, upgrades, and integrationsEnsure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality metricsOversee detailed ERP project plans, including workstreams such as:

Finance (GL, AP/AR, FP&A)Supply Chain & ProcurementManufacturing & Inventory ManagementOrder-to-Cash and Procure-to-PayBusiness Process TransformationPartner with business leaders to re-engineer and standardize processes aligned with ERP best practicesDrive adoption of standardized ERP processes vs. custom solutions where possibleEnsure data integrity, master data governance, and system harmonization across business unitsSupport post-merger ERP integrations and system consolidationsCross-Functional LeadershipLead cross-functional ERP program teams across IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply ChainCoordinate internal resources and external system integratorsProvide leadership, coaching, and direction to project team members and functional leadsVendor & System Integrator ManagementManage relationships with ERP vendors and implementation partnersOversee deliverables, timelines, and adherence to statements of work (SOWs)Ensure quality and accountability across all third-party partnersRisk, Quality & ComplianceIdentify and mitigate ERP-specific risks including data migration, integration failures, and go-live readinessEnsure compliance with SDLC, SOX, and internal audit requirementsOversee ERP testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, and cutover planningChange Management & User AdoptionPartner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to drive ERP adoptionOversee training strategy, materials development, and user readiness activitiesEnsure successful transition from project delivery to steady-state ERP operationsStakeholder CommunicationProvide clear, consistent updates to executive leadership and steering committeesFacilitate ERP governance meetings, stage-gate reviews, and decision-making forumsManage stakeholder expectations across all levels of the organization Qualifications 10+ years of experience leading ERP implementations (Oracle, or similar platforms)Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programsStrong knowledge of:

ERP architecture and modulesBusiness process integration (finance, supply chain, manufacturing)Data migration and system integration strategiesExperience with Agile preferredProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM)Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (master's preferred).Preferred Certifications & SkillsPMP certificationSAP or Oracle ERP certificationsScrum Master (CSM/PSM)Experience with multi-instance ERP consolidation and global rolloutsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationFortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. Hiring Pay Range:
$105,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
