Industrial Transfer Project Manager Location:

12 Months Job Description Act as the primary focal point between the central transfer organization and the internal engineering/manufacturing team for multiple site exit and transition programs. Represent the internal team in transfer governance meetings, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Gather and consolidate requirements from transfer teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate data, technical inputs, and responses. Understand end-customer and business requirements and effectively communicate them to transfer execution teams. Develop and support a structured communication plan to share transfer progress and updates with external stakeholders. Facilitate regular interactions, reviews, and collaboration between internal teams and transfer organization to ensure seamless execution. Ensure clear information flow, issue resolution, and alignment across cross-functional and multi-location teams. Support execution of industrial transfer activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Skill Requirements Strong project planning, tracking, and execution capability Expertise in governance frameworks and reporting structures Ability to handle risk identification and mitigation planning Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
