Join a growing building automation contractor where you'll lead cutting-edge BAS projects while building lasting client relationships. Building Automation Project Manager $70,000 - $90,000 + Company Vehicle Rockford, Illinois Direct Hire A growing building automation and controls contractor is seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BAS and controls projects across commercial facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded Building Automation Project Manager who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting field teams, and acting as the key link between customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The Role Manage the day-to-day delivery of Building Automation System (BAS) projects from kickoff through completion Coordinate field operations, installation activities, commissioning efforts, and project scheduling Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with field technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and overall performance Support project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with project requirements Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for future work About You Experience managing Building Automation, HVAC Controls, or Mechanical projects Strong understanding of: HVAC systems Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and project documentation Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities What's on Offer $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience Company vehicle provided Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Apply To apply for the Building Automation Project Manager role, please apply through Indeed.
