Location:
Chicago, downtown - Hybrid Program Campaign Coordinator We are looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to manage internal program campaigns end-to-end - from project planning and content creation to reporting and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Lead campaign kickoff meetings with internal stakeholders; translate needs into campaign recommendations Build and manage campaign project plans and communication plans; track deadlines, responsibilities, and progress Create campaign content and materials including landing pages, submission forms, email invites, and internal channel content Configure campaign structure, timing, and communications in the program's digital platform Synthesize post-campaign feedback and submissions into themes and insights for stakeholders Identify and recommend program improvements based on feedback and data Produce campaign and program reports and presentations as needed Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience spanning project management, marketing/communications, and internal or external client services Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt across team cultures High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Basic familiarity with web or content management systems Comfortable with evolving responsibilities and open to learning Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
