Project Manager - Healthcare Construction ???? Chicago, IL We're partnered with a family?owned construction firm that's been in business for over 100 years and continues to be a leader in the industry. They're a Top ENR-ranked contractor, generate $500M+ in annual revenue, employ over 400 professionals, and maintain an impressive 80% repeat business rate - a true testament to their relationships and project delivery. They're looking to add a Project Manager to support large-scale healthcare work, with projects typically $15M+ in value. While healthcare experience is preferred, they're open to strong PMs with ground-up or complex commercial experience who are interested in growing into the healthcare sector.
