Job Description

APR is looking for a motivated Pavement Marking Project Manager to oversee roadway and pavement marking projects from planning through completion. The Pavement Marking Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of pavement marking projects, with a strong focus on planning, scheduling, forecasting, and execution. This role plays a key part in maintaining road safety and supporting infrastructure development. The Project Manager oversees operations, project coordination, budgeting, and field execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Success in this role is measured by achieving target gross profit margins, maintaining project schedules and resources, and delivering strong team and project performance. Responsibilities Manage pavement marking and roadway projects from start to finish Lead and support project teams, including training and performance management Develop schedules, coordinate manpower/equipment, and manage budgets Monitor field operations for safety, quality, and efficiency Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company standards Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to leadership Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors Assist with procurement, inventory, and operational improvements Support recruiting, onboarding, and branch growth initiatives Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 3+ years of project management or related experience required Roadway, highway, or construction experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning Ability to read blueprints, maps, and roadway plans Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed Preferred Skills Experience with QuickBooks and/or Bid2Win Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Why Join Us?
