Full-time Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing quotes, analyzing floor plans, invoicing, hour tracking, and site coordination for work to be executed. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotes and invoices in a timely manner
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing information
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, performance of work, execution, and timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing and estimating
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
