Growth Distribution Environment A rapidly expanding organization in the healthcare and medical device distribution space is building the operational foundation needed for its next stage of growth and is seeking a hands?on Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead the transformation. This is a high?impact contract role where you'll build processes, implement systems, drive adoption, and leave behind durable capability across the entire operation. What You'll Do Map and document O2C and P2P workflows Build RACI frameworks and accountability structures Lead 6S implementation and workplace organization Develop a full EH&S program Create KPI dashboards and root cause processes Drive disciplined

WMS/ERP/TMS

adoption Train internal owners and transfer long?term capability What You Bring 8-12+ years in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, or Warehousing Strong experience building programs from scratch Hands?on 6S/5S, EH&S, and SOP development background

WMS/ERP/TMS
