This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of quality, client experience, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Assist with quality control inspections and walkthroughs at various stages of construction Create, track, and ensure completion of punch lists and project closeout items Coordinate and participate in initial and final homeowner walkthroughs Provide responsive, high-level customer service to multiple clients throughout the building process Address and resolve homeowner service requests, including urgent or emergency situations Conduct routine site safety inspections and proactively correct any hazards Prepare and manage purchase orders for subcontractors, ensuring proper approvals Support project scheduling and coordination of construction timelines Supervise on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Coordinate with utility providers and assist with timely service connections Reinforce subcontractor adherence to Cesario Homes' standards and expectations Uphold and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

2-5 years of experience in residential construction, project management, or a related field Strong understanding of homebuilding processes, sequencing, and construction practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset Ability to problem-solve quickly and handle high-pressure or time-sensitive situations Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing job site activities preferred Working knowledge of construction documentation, purchase orders, and scheduling Proficiency in construction management software (BuilderTrend preferred) and Microsoft Office Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We look forward to your application!
