Established Chicagoland General Contractor We're partnered with one of the longest-standing and most respected General Contractors in the Chicagoland area that is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their growing team. Their portfolio is primarily focused on commercial interiors , with additional experience across commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects throughout Chicagoland. Projects typically range from $5M-$30M , giving APMs the opportunity to be highly involved and truly own their responsibilities from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Support Project Managers through all phases of construction Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project coordination Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, architects, and field teams Help track project financials and overall project performance Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of projects while growing into a larger leadership role

What They're Looking For:

Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer experience with a General Contractor Prior interiors/commercial construction experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity with a stable company Motivated professional who wants ownership and growth opportunities
