Project Manager Batesville, IN (Hybrid - 3 days in office) A growing Midwest-based construction management and general contracting firm is seeking a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to support expanding operations across K-12, healthcare, and industrial projects. Compensation & Benefits $110,000 - $130,000 base salary 10% annual bonus 15 days PTO + holidays Company-paid healthcare 401(k) with match Hybrid schedule Responsibilities Manage multiple mid-sized construction projects ($1.5M-$3M) Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients Support estimating, bidding, and procurement efforts Track project budgets, schedules, and overall performance Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in construction Experience in K-12 or healthcare projects preferred (hospital experience a plus) Strong background in estimating, bidding, and cost control Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Concrete and masonry experience is a plus What We're Looking For Collaborative, team-first mindset Strong accountability and ownership mentality Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Long-term career focus with growth into senior leadership Why Join?
