Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Project Manager to oversee and execute projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing teams, coordinating logistics, and actively participating in on-site work, including heavy lifting and careful handling of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate project timelines, staff, and daily operations Lead and supervise team members to ensure efficient workflow Assist with hands-on work, including packing, moving, and handling fragile and high-value items with care Oversee organization, staging, and transport of items and materials Maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout all project phases Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project or team management Experience packing and moving fragile, valuable, or delicate items Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear communication skills and strong vocabulary for client and team interaction Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting Auction environment experience is a plus Photography experience is a plus (for cataloging, documentation, or inventory support)

Requirements:

Must pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license required Ability to operate large trucks
