We are seeking a polished and proactive Administrative Project Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes keeping operations running smoothly while supporting leadership, HR functions, onboarding, reporting, and special projects across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage employee onboarding processes Support leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, scheduling, and follow-up Assist with special projects and operational initiatives Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking Manage and organize data using Excel and Asana Assist with HR administrative functions including benefit enrollments, reporting, and employee documentation Help maintain systems, workflows, and operational organization across departments Communicate professionally with team members and leadership Qualifications Strong experience with Microsoft Excel required Experience using Asana or project management platforms preferred Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset HR administrative or onboarding experience preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, polished, resourceful, and takes pride in helping a team operate at a high level.
