• Commercial General Contractor Location:

  Indianapolis (Carmel), IN About the Company A respected regional general contractor with deep roots in central Indiana. They're not the biggest name in town
• and that's by design. They're the one the big firms subcontract the hard stuff to. Self-perform concrete and carpentry. Their portfolio spans commercial office, industrial, and institutional work, typically $10M
• 40M. Family-founded, second-generation leadership, and the kind of place where PMs stay for 15+ years. The Role Project Manager who can run the full life of a project and isn't afraid to be hands-on. You'll estimate selectively, manage buyout, run owner meetings, and stay close to the field. This isn't a corporate PM seat where you're three layers removed from the work
• you'll know every sub on your job by name. Small enough that your voice matters, big enough that the checks don't bounce. What You Bring 5+ years of PM experience with a commercial GC Comfortable wearing multiple hats
• estimating, buyout, field coordination Experience with self-perform work a major plus Ground-up commercial experience preferred Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, not required Why This One Carmel office
