The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing teams and resources effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all phases of construction. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Manage project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
