$60,000.00- $80,000.

These are the qualifications that matter. 2+ years in the field of construction preferred An added plus would be having a background in architectural woodwork, casework, or millwork Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and AutoCAD. Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects involving engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation of architectural millwork and casework. Review projects received from estimating and create detailed project folders, schedules of values, and scope documentation. Identify potential gaps in estimates and coordinate budgets, purchase orders, and financial approvals with finance. Coordinate finish samples, submittals, and mockups for customer and architectural approval. Develop or review shop drawings using AutoCAD based on verified field measurements. Prepare bills of materials and documentation to support production scheduling. Create and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify project details. Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, operations teams, and shop floor leadership. Source and purchase specialty materials required for project completion. Track project schedules, milestones, and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor project budgets, job costs, and invoicing progress throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in production, operations, and leadership meetings to ensure alignment across teams. Why This Job?
