Prepare detailed project reports including progress updates, change orders, and risk assessments. Skills Extensive experience with residential remodeling and project management. Strong knowledge of construction site operations, safety protocols, and blueprint reading. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Skilled in contract administration and understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements. Exceptional communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams. Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling and construction management techniques.
