The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in electrical, industrial construction projects, with strong leadership skills and a background in construction management or trades.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Project Manager, you will interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender phases to build strong, effective business relationships. Independently interpret customer bid requirements and prepare detailed, accurate labor, material, equipment, and expense summaries for review and final submission. Responsible for the direct management and trade supervision of project. Ensure projects are completed on time, and on budget. Conduct cost analysis upon project completion to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure quality construction standards are met throughout all stages of the project. Comply with all governmental, company, and customer safety requirements, and actively promote a positive safety culture with the project team and on the job site. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Comply with the State Group's standards and operating procedures, including those pertaining to
ISO 9001
2015.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM
3+ years of electrical construction project management experience. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field. Experience with Accubid estimating software and Microsoft Project. Proficiency in managing industrial projects from planning through execution. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
