8-9+ Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale business and technology initiatives for a manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project delivery experience, executive-level communication skills, and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams from project initiation through successful completion. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. Manage project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with business leaders, executives, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project success. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business reviews. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project governance activities. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate with vendors, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Drive process improvements and project management best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 8-9+ years of Project Management experience. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Experience working with senior leadership, directors, CFOs, and executive stakeholders. Proven experience managing large-scale business or technology projects. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource management experience. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
