This role reports to the Senior Director of Project Management and serves as a peer to the PMO Manager, leading a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associate Project Managers to deliver excellence across aseptic manufacturing, technology transfers, and new product launches. Do you have the leadership skills to inspire and guide project management professionals in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment? If so, we want to meet you! Anticipate risks and constraints, surface issues early, and lead mitigation/contingency plans; ensure changes are assessed for impact and communicated with clear actions, owners, and timelines. Proactively balance PM capacity and capability to demand; align the right talent to the right work, identify gaps, and support recruiting/hiring actions to protect commitments. Ensure consistent application of project management processes, tools, and templates; implement best practices, standardize ways of working, and improve predictability and delivery performance. Lead customer-facing forums (project reviews, business meetings, escalations) and partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Technical Services, Supply Chain, and Business Development to remove barriers and drive outcomes.YOU:
