With decades of excellence in luxury home building, Hamed Homes has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within the residential construction industry while gaining hands on experience within luxury residential construction. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely alongside project managers to help maintain organized, professional, and well managed jobsites throughout the construction process. This position requires accountability, attention to detail, consistency, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Position Summary The Assistant Project Manager plays a key support role in maintaining daily jobsite operations and assisting project managers in the field. Responsibilities include regular jobsite visits, maintaining cleanliness and organization, documenting progress through daily logs, and helping ensure projects continue moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in active construction environments. Core Responsibilities Jobsite Support Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress and overall site conditions Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites Help identify issues, incomplete work, or areas needing attention Support project managers with day to day field needs and jobsite tasks Assist with punch list items and project closeout preparation when needed Daily Logs and Documentation Complete daily jobsite logs with accurate updates, progress notes, and site observations Document jobsite conditions through photos and written communication Maintain organized project documentation and field records Ensure important project details are properly communicated internally Field Operations Verify that materials, selections, and installations generally align with project expectations Help maintain professional presentation standards across all active projects Assist with basic hands on tasks when needed to support project progress Support a team first environment and contribute wherever needed Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required Residential construction experience preferred Comfortable working in active construction environments and outdoors Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency on jobsites Strong written communication skills for daily logs and documentation Willingness to be hands on and assist wherever needed Ability to manage multiple active jobsites and responsibilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Are Looking For A dependable individual with a strong work ethic Someone who takes pride in organization and jobsite presentation Someone who communicates clearly and professionally A proactive team player willing to help wherever needed Someone eager to grow within luxury residential construction Apply Today Apply today and step into a role where your work directly contributes to bringing custom luxury homes to life from concept through completion.
