Full-Time About Us For nearly 70 years, Home Lumber has built its reputation on service, relationships, and supporting professional contractors throughout Northeast Indiana and the surrounding region. We are continuing to expand our installed sales operations and are seeking an experienced, motivated professional to lead and grow our fencing installation division. Position Summary The Installed Fencing Project Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing Home Lumber's installed fencing program. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of the operation including project coordination, subcontractor and crew management, training development, scheduling, compliance, customer communication, and operational performance. This individual will play a key role in building a scalable, efficient, and professional fencing division while maintaining Home Lumber's commitment to unprecedented service. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Home Lumber's installed fencing program from project sale through completion Coordinate installation schedules, crews, subcontractors, and project timelines Recruit, train, and develop installation personnel and/or subcontractor relationships Establish and maintain operational procedures, quality standards, and safety expectations Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local codes, permitting requirements, and company policies Conduct jobsite visits to monitor workmanship, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction Work closely with sales staff, operations, purchasing, and customers to ensure smooth project execution Manage project budgets, labor costs, and installation profitability Resolve jobsite issues, customer concerns, and scheduling conflicts in a professional and timely manner Assist in creating scalable systems and processes to support future growth of the fencing division Maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and customers Qualifications Previous experience in fencing installation, construction project management, or installed sales operations preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of construction practices, jobsite safety, and regulatory compliance Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, or field personnel Proficient with scheduling, estimating, and project management software/tools preferred Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license required Preferred Experience Residential and commercial fencing systems Permitting and inspection processes OSHA compliance and safety program implementation Budgeting and operational planning Team development and training programs What We Offer Competitive compensation package Health benefits and retirement opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Paid vacation and holidays Long-term career growth opportunity Family-oriented company culture Opportunity to build and lead a growing division within an established company How to Apply Interested candidates may apply through Indeed or submit a resume directly to Home Lumber, Inc.
