Maintain Quality. Deliver results. At Morgan Properties, we believe that delivering an exceptional resident experience starts before move-in. We're seeking a Make Ready Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of apartment turns—ensuring vacant apartment homes are ready on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. This is a high-impact role supporting a large portfolio of units and partnering closely with leadership to keep operations running efficiently. What We Offer $50,000 - $55,000 / year Employee referral payment program Educational Enhancement Program Medical, dental, and vision benefits Life and AD&D insurance Long- and short-term disability 401(k) retirement plan Discount on an apartment at Morgan Properties Additional employee discounts What You'll Do Oversee the full make-ready process for vacant apartment homes across assigned properties Conduct pre-move-out and post-completion inspections to ensure quality and readiness Create and manage production schedules to meet aggressive turn timelines Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to execute make-ready work Identify and outline additional work needed to bring units to standard Track and update unit availability to support leasing efforts Partner with on site and regional leadership to communicate status, priorities, and challenges Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies What Makes You Successful Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident delegator who holds teams and vendors accountable to deadlines Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency Effective communicator, especially in a role requiring coordination across teams and locations Highly organized with strong follow-up and execution skills What We're Looking For Experience working with vendors, service teams, or project coordination Experience in property management or multifamily operations preferred Familiarity with make-ready/turn processes, sequencing, and quality standards preferred #AC4560 If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
