This is a stable, office‑based role with minimal travel and clear growth into project management. Responsibilities Track project status and flag risks, issues, or scope changes. Communicate updates and concerns to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate project documentation and drawings. Support construction planning and daily execution. Update schedules, milestones, and productivity tracking. Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to support safety and quality. Assist with site organization and safety compliance. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams. Essential Skills Construction or field-related experience. Ability to read construction drawings. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work effectively with field and office teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Interest in utility construction and project management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
