This role is designed for a professional who can confidently manage high end residential construction projects from start to finish while maintaining exceptional communication, organization, and leadership throughout the process. The ideal candidate possesses a complete understanding of residential construction, project coordination, client communication, trade management, scheduling, and field operations. This individual must be capable of leading projects at a high level while maintaining the standards and professionalism expected within luxury custom home building. Position Summary The Project Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for overseeing custom residential projects throughout all phases of construction. This role manages project schedules, jobsite execution, trade coordination, client communication, quality control, budgeting awareness, and overall project progression. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions oriented, detail driven, and capable of balancing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability. Core Responsibilities Oversee residential construction projects from pre construction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure projects remain on timeline Coordinate project milestones, inspections, deliveries, and field execution Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and progress updates Monitor overall project progression and proactively identify potential issues Client Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction Lead client meetings, walkthroughs, and progress discussions Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally Maintain strong client relationships throughout the building process Trade and Vendor Coordination Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and trade partners Ensure trade partners understand project expectations, schedules, and quality standards Verify materials, selections, and installations align with project plans and specifications Help maintain efficient workflow and jobsite productivity Jobsite Oversight Conduct regular jobsite walkthroughs to monitor quality, progress, and site conditions Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, safe, and professionally maintained Identify and address construction issues before they impact project timelines Manage punch list items and project closeout procedures Requirements Residential construction project management experience required Strong understanding of residential construction processes and sequencing Proven ability to manage multiple custom home projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem solving abilities Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans and specifications Experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and field operations High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Comfortable working in both office and active jobsite environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Are Looking For A leader who takes ownership and accountability Someone who communicates confidently and professionally Someone capable of solving problems proactively and efficiently A highly organized individual who thrives in a fast paced environment Someone who values craftsmanship, professionalism, and client experience A team oriented professional willing to lead by example Apply Today Apply today and step into a role where your leadership directly contributes to bringing custom luxury homes to life from concept through completion.
