Job Description:
Role Summary:
This role serves as a key coordinator between customers, sales, and internal project teams, ensuring timely communication and execution of service and project-related activities. The position is responsible for managing incoming requests, gathering and relaying critical technical information, and supporting the progression of jobs through the workflow. This individual will coordinate scheduling, equipment, and resources, while also supporting field technicians and leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational tasks. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced technical environment, and effective cross-functional communication.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Take in the phone calls and emails from our customers and sales team.
  • Ascertain the needs of the customer and the sales team, gather the technical information and identify the urgency of the situation. Convey this timely to the managers and project leads so we can address the situation.
  • Work with the managers and sales team to ensure a timely response is made to the customer.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, rentals and equipment with the project leads.
  • Help technicians manage equipment calibrations.
  • Help managers with weekly reports and tasks.
  • Assist the technicians with their field service workbooks.
