Contract Job Overview:
The Aspire PMO Coordinator will support PMO governance, execution, reporting, and coordination activities across project waves. The role focuses on ensuring project delivery alignment, maintaining documentation, tracking milestones, and supporting operational project management activities across cross-functional teams.Experience:
5+ years of experience as a project coordinator required. Experience supporting PMO functions, project tracking, and governance required. Experience working on large project streams or enterprise programs preferred. Experience in IT service management or pharmaceutical environments preferred. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Airtable preferred.Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and support in executing PMO work and governance processes. Support Wave 5a and 5b PMO activities andASPIRE PMO
methodologies. Support backlog management processes and tools. Coordinate deployment PMO activities with Wave Leads and PMO Leads. Ensure alignment of project milestones with critical path and overall program timelines. Support change control processes and documentation management. Maintain project templates, tools, and documentation repositories. Provide accurate status updates, reporting, and dashboards. Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and scope changes. Support schedule management and milestone tracking. Coordinate meetings and cross-functional communication. Ensure timely delivery of mandatory project deliverables.Should Have:
Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across international teams. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale project environments. Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline. Ability to create dashboards and transform data into reporting insights.Skills:
Project coordination and PMO governance. Project tracking and documentation management. Jira, Trello, Airtable, or similar tools. Reporting and dashboard creation. Scheduling and milestone tracking. Risk and issue management. Cross-functional communication. Microsoft Office tools.Qualification And Education:
