per year A Well-Respected General Contractor Focused in the Multifamily Markets Learning & Training, Career Progression, and Support Offered at All Levels About Our Client We are partnered with a well-known multifamily general contractor with projects spanning across Indianapolis. They have a very collaborative culture with an open-door type of leadership. They value training and development with clear career path advancement. They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team on some exciting multifamily and assisted living projects they have coming up in 2026 and beyond. Job Description Assist the project manager on all construction-related tasks Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits Help create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors Plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electrical, etc. Communicate with city inspectors Assist with monthly budgets Review drawings and specs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
