Typically, Monday through Friday, forty hours per week. Must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and responsibilities as assigned.
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator II is responsible for supporting the larger BOS team across multiple scopes of work and several projects. The role requires extensive operations knowledge and capabilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a genuine desire to lead and educate while delivering superior customer service. This position will manage first level escalations from the BOS team and is customer facing with various levels of leadership - up to and including VP level clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
It is everyone's responsibility to live out our Values and Absolutes by Shaping a World of Trust while ensuring responsible progress. Operate as a core member of the capital equipment coordinator team to include verification of purchase requirements, purchase order life-cycle management, and project capitalization/closure. Build relationships and communicate effectively with BOS team members, clients, and 3rd party vendors to drive outcomes and ensure key performance indicators are being met. Ability to lead by example and work as a collaborative member of multiple teams to identify and strengthen as well as continually improve upon the associated processes and team education. Diligent record keeping and regular updating of internal sites, SOP's, and training guides. Offer problem resolution, as applicable, for any client issues identified, highlighted or questioned with the aim of enhancing client satisfaction and improving client relations. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Work with minimal supervision across a highly regulated environment. Review work for accuracy and thoroughness as assigned and provide feedback to management. Responsible for, demonstrates and holds team accountable for safe work environment. Complies with all safety and confidentiality policies and protocols. Reports safety incidents or near misses in real time to the Manager Report team feedback to the N+1 on a daily/weekly or monthly basis on milestones, goals, progress. Provide regular updates to manager regarding workload, new/updated tasks, and associate performance Follow the guidelines set forth with clients and Company Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and procedures. Comply with clients' and Company management systems in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies. Perform other essential tasks projects and responsibilities as required.
Skills & Proficiencies:
Demonstrates exceptional ability to work with various functions across the client organization. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Maintains a composed, professional image with clients and team members. Critical thinking and ability to learn new skills and tools quickly. Familiarity with contracts, scopes of work, and commercial quotes/invoices. Ability to employ tracking, documentation, and SOP development across multiple scopes of work.
Computer based:
Managing multiple email accounts, interfacing with collaboration sites (Teams/SharePoint/online portals), generating reports (various software platforms specific to company, excel, etc.), MS Office Suite, Power BI, troubleshooting, and customer service. Use of purchasing tools such as Ariba, SAP, and FIORI Champions company values including team engagement Ability to present both facts and recommendations effectively Technical problem solving and process improvement skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 year(s) of experience operations experience; project coordination, business operations, finance, procurement, etc. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
Compensation Range:
$25.00-$27.50 per hour (e.g., the job posting is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, and actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset).
