We move fast, we do quality work, and we're growing. We're looking for a Project Manager who wants to get their hands into real estate renovation from day one — someone organized, reliable, and hungry to grow with a company that rewards results. This isn't a corporate desk job. You'll be on job sites, talking to contractors, solving problems, and reporting directly to the owner. If you've got a construction management or business degree, or prior PM experience, and you're ready to prove yourself — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage active renovation projects from start to finish Coordinate daily with contractors, vendors, and suppliers Conduct regular site visits to track progress and quality Monitor project timelines and budgets; flag issues before they become problems Handle scheduling, punch lists, and contractor follow-ups Communicate project updates directly to ownership What We're Looking For Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field — OR hands-on project management experience Lives in Indianapolis with reliable transportation (you will be driving to job sites) Organized, dependable, and a strong communicator Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the fly Great attitude — this one is non-negotiable What You Get Competitive hourly pay with fast growth potential Performance bonuses tied to project results Work directly alongside ownership — real experience, real responsibility Ground-floor opportunity at a growing renovation company How to Apply Send a short 60-90 second video or voice memo telling us who you are, why this role is a fit, and what makes you someone we can count on.
