Indiana University Health is seeking a high-level strategic individual who embodies these values to join our Human Resources Administration team in the role of Project Manager - Senior . Description The Senior Project Manager leads and directs high-priority, complex, and enterprise-wide portfolios of projects that directly support and advance the organization's overarching talent strategy. Based at our Fairbanks Hall in a hybrid capacity, they will act as a high-level strategic partner to the Chief of Staff, HR, and Human Resources Vice Presidents to effectively frame, organize, and execute critical HR business initiatives. This is a true project management discipline role requiring an expert who brings established structure, rigor, and formalized PM methodologies to ambiguous bodies of work. This manager will own quality assurance, resource oversight, and reporting frameworks to ensure milestones are delivered within scope, on timeline, and aligned with future organizational needs. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator and transformational change agent who can seamlessly pivot between rigorous operational execution and strategic forward-thinking. They excel at turning ambiguity into structured, actionable project plans, and they thrive in a collaborative environment where teams handle high-stakes priorities. None Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Requires bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience. PMP certification preferred. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience. Healthcare Industry experience and HR experience preferred. Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations Talent Strategy PMO Execution:
Standardize, structure, and drive the execution of complex HR and talent strategy initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring alignment between current actions and future strategic positioning.
Methodology & Framework Design:
Bring a highly disciplined, structured approach to project management, utilizing formal methodologies to synthesize ambiguous ideas into clear, executable, and reportable project paths.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory:
Build high-trust relationships with HR VPs, executives, and cross-functional project teams to deliver continuous updates, manage delivery expectations, and navigate project challenges.
Transformational Change:
