Project Manager (Mandarin & English )

We are seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead on-site execution of industrial construction projects. This is a field-driven role responsible for managing subcontractors, driving schedules, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate is experienced in fast-paced construction environments and comfortable taking ownership of project execution. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams Drive project schedule and ensure milestones are met Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and conflicts Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and client teams Oversee RFI, submittals, change orders, and documentation Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress reporting Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards Enforce safety requirements and site regulations Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management or field leadership experience Proven experience managing subcontractors and on-site execution Strong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven job sites Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Willingness to work full-time on-site Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale projects Experience with MEP systems, utilities, or process systems Familiar with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools Experience in
