The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from order receipt through final customer acceptance. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations and company objectives. The Project Manager works closely with sales, engineering, purchasing, service, and factory teams to manage project scope, schedules, technical requirements, and customer communications throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Responsibilities - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables from project kickoff through completion. Lead customer kickoff meetings, project reviews, acceptance testing, installation planning, and project closeout activities. Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, purchasing, service, sales, and factory teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule, cost, and quality objectives. Track project milestones, action items, open issues, and change requests while maintaining accurate project documentation. Support and participate in commercial and technical discussions with customers, balancing customer satisfaction with company objectives. Collaborate with factory contacts in Germany to align project requirements, schedules, and technical solutions. Escalate significant project risks, delays, or commercial concerns as appropriate while driving resolution whenever possible. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred. PMP Certification Project management experience in manufacturing, capital equipment, industrial machinery, automation, or a related technical environment preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Experience interacting directly with customers in a professional business environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project. Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, machine acceptance testing, and installations. Candidates may be considered at different Project Manager levels based on their experience, demonstrated project ownership, and ability to independently manage increasingly complex projects.
