General Manager - Frontage Road The Project Manager will work directly with customers, vendors and Nix Industrial Team Members to ensure that projects meet customer expectations and timeline. Tasks associated with this position will include managing customer expectations through consistent communication, material procurement, quality control, and project coordination between multiple production locations and departments. Our ideal candidate will... Perform and coordinate operational needs for assigned projects including material purchasing, writing subcontracts, scheduling, deliveries, and installation Serve as the point of contact for the customer for assigned projects for information involving design, timeline, complications, quality control, and invoicing Ensure all projects are completed within the desired scope through the review of CAD drawings, work instructions, and construction documents Develop current vendor relationships and work with estimating and leadership on job costing and margin improvement Occasional travel to customer sites may be required to support project execution and field verification; travel frequency is expected to be minimal and project-dependent Perform all other duties as assigned and required Follow all company and common-sense safety policies while using all required personal protective equipment Operate with a high level of ownership, humility, and accountability by anticipating the needs of co-workers, bringing a positive attitude into our culture, and showing an eagerness to discover and share new opportunities for our organization Hold internal teams accountable to schedules and deliverables Desired Qualifications Preferred 3-7 years project management experience in metal fabrication, industrial construction, or similar field Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines Ability to read design drawings required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain professionalism in the workplace Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and project financials Ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment Health Plans | Paid Holidays | Paid Time Off | 401K | Life Insurance | Structured Bonus Plans
