scope across data centre builds Act as the technical bridge between field teams, engineers, and stakeholders Manage project lifecycle : planning, scheduling, risk, and execution Support site activities , including regular walkthroughs and coordination meetings Ensure accuracy of SCADA communications , including Modbus, addressing, and data points Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery Provide technical guidance and resolve field-level issues Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring prioritisation and delivery alignment Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager within

EPMS/SCADA

environments Strong technical knowledge of SCADA systems and communications (Modbus, data points, addressing) Experience delivering projects in data centres (preferred but not essential) Ability to engage with field technicians and translate technical requirements to stakeholders Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery focus Willingness to be on-site regularly (local to Indiana required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation)
