Project Manager — Restoration & Remodeling

Residential Construction Project Manager South Bend, Indiana | Full-Time $75,000-$90,000 Depending on Experience + Profit Sharing + Performance Bonuses Monroe Restoration is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential reconstruction and remodeling projects throughout Northern Indiana. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who has successfully managed construction projects, coordinated subcontractors, maintained project schedules, communicated with homeowners, and delivered profitable jobs from start to finish. If you have not managed construction projects, this role is likely not a fit. Strong construction project management experience is required.
