Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Glass Project Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial glass projects, ensuring seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Your proactive approach will drive project success from inception through completion, fostering strong relationships and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. ROLE SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Project Management team. This role ensures that project documentation flows seamlessly and that material orders are tracked and organized efficiently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Project Managers with the preparation and tracking of Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders. Maintain organized project files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documentation is up to date. Track material orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and verify receipt of goods. Assist in the preparation of project closeout packages, including warranties and as-built drawings. Facilitate communication between the office, field crews, and external vendors. Help manage the CompanyCam photo documentation system for assigned projects.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 1-3
years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in construction. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document control systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of construction terminology is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
