Commercial Glass Project Manager Kennedy Glass - 3.0 Lawrence, KS Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $85,000 a year 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Glazing Construction management software Schedule management Construction industry experience Organizational skills Managing projects Full Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned glazing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role acts as the primary liaison between the field, the office, vendors, and the general contractor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and coordinate all project activities, including scheduling, material procurement, and labor allocation. Manage the Submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely approvals from architects and contractors. Track project budgets, review labor reports, and process change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Coordinate the delivery of glass, aluminum framing, and hardware to the job site. Ensure completion of all project closeout documentation, including warranties and O&M manuals.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry (glazing experience highly preferred). Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
