Compensation:

$38-45/hour What You'll Be Doing Track, forecast, and report on project performance across multiple business units Monitor project health, identify risks, and escalate concerns proactively Support recurring executive-level reporting through data extraction and analysis Ensure consistency and integrity of project data across teams Partner with project managers and operational leaders to improve reporting accuracy Help standardize PMO processes in a highly matrixed environment Leverage tools like Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and related platforms to drive visibility What You'll Need to be Considered Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas Experience supporting project reporting within a PMO or consulting environment Background within architectural, engineering, or professional consulting services strongly preferred Ability to confidently push initiatives forward across multiple teams Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accountability and process improvement Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana INDIT
