Job Description

Our award-winning construction client, recognized for their, exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking a Project Manager to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial, storage, warehouse, food processing plants, and office markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager Experience working on projects valued up to $50M Proficiency in using construction management software and tools Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

base salary of $80,000-$140,000 based on your experience!
