Job Description:

QP Group are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in the water / wastewater infrastructure space to appoint a Project Manager. This is a business-critical, multi-faceted role supporting the delivery of engineered equipment and system solutions across municipal and commercial projects. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of operations - balancing technical coordination, customer interaction, and commercial responsibility .

The Opportunity:

You'll take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, acting as the key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams . This is not a purely administrative role - you'll be expected to think commercially, solve problems, and keep projects moving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from RFQ through to completion Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and technical submittals Interpret project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on lead times, pricing, and product selection Support the outside sales team with project tracking and follow-ups Oversee order entry, purchasing, scheduling, and logistics coordination Act as a point of contact for contractors, engineers, and municipal clients Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution throughout the project lifecycle Maintain accurate records within CRM/ERP systems

What We're Looking For:

3-10 years' experience in inside sales, project coordination, or project management within a technical or construction-related industry Background in water/wastewater, pumps, mechanical systems, utilities, or industrial equipment highly preferred Experience working with contractors, engineers, or public sector clients is a strong advantage Ability to read or interpret technical specifications or drawings Strong commercial awareness (pricing, margins, customer management) Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
