Job Description

Discover a more connected career As a successful Engineering Project Supervisor, you will provide Project Leadership by analyzing, planning, and monitoring project team performance. You will track KPIs and timelines, ensuring projects align with company goals and, by reporting on risks and progress, help teams deliver projects efficiently.

What you'll do + Collect, analyze, and report project data to monitor project health, identify trends, and track KPIs/timelines. + Assist in creating project plans, documenting processes, and maintaining project records. + Apply technical knowledge specific to OSP and ISP fiber builds to ensure key project milestones are met. + Facilitate communication between the Project Manager, team members, and external stakeholders. + Identify potential issues early and recommend proactive solutions. + Guide, motivate, and manage one or more individuals to achieve project goals and objectives. What you'll need + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + High School Diploma, GED equivalent, an associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred + Minimum 3+ years of experience in the same or equivalent role + Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and the ability to learn customer + systems. + Experience with GIS tools (Google Earth Pro, ESRI -based systems) + Occasional travel required Physical abilities & exposures… +
